- Technical issues on the student's side, such as internet connectivity or device problems.
- Dissatisfaction expressed after completing more than 50% of the purchased course.
- Requests based solely on change of personal circumstances unrelated to course quality.
- Group class dynamics or preferences for specific classmates.
- Refund requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee period has expired.
Learning outcomes depend significantly on individual effort and consistent participation.
Subjective expectations about fluency timelines are not grounds for a refund.

Access will not be suspended during the complaint or refund review process.
Limitations
- The guarantee applies only to courses purchased directly through the official ProLang website.
- The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled student.
- The guarantee period does not restart after a teacher reassignment or course adjustment.
