Jobs at ProLang

Join our team of language professionals at ProLang online Spanish school

ProLang is a Spanish language school based in Spain. We help students across Europe speak Spanish with confidence, combining a structured programme with real conversation practice.

We are not a mass-market platform with anonymous chatbots and auto-graded quizzes. Every lesson at ProLang is taught by a qualified instructor who understands the language as a living system. Our teachers guide students through carefully designed courses aligned with the CEFR framework, from A1 to C2.

The school operates entirely online, which means flexibility for our team and our students alike. That said, we hold ourselves to high standards of preparation, punctuality and clear communication. Teaching at ProLang is professional work that demands both expertise and personal involvement.

If you believe that language teaching is a craft that requires precision, empathy and continuous improvement, ProLang could be the right place for you.

1. General principles of collaboration

We work with teachers and specialists on a contract or ongoing basis, depending on student demand and course schedules. The terms of collaboration are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

All teaching is conducted online. The schedule is built around student bookings and course timetables rather than rigid office hours. We expect reliability, timely session delivery and consistent quality.

Communication is direct and transparent. Each teacher manages their own student groups within ProLang's methodology and reports on progress at regular intervals.

2. Teaching approach and methodology

Language at ProLang is taught as a structured system, not a collection of random phrases. Each level follows a logical progression of grammar, vocabulary and communicative skills aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

We prioritize practical fluency. Lessons and materials should help students build lasting skills they can use in real professional and personal situations, not just pass a test.

Continuous quality review is part of the process. We value teachers who reflect on their methods, accept feedback and strive to improve their delivery over time.

3. Work format and conditions

All positions are fully remote. The workload is agreed individually based on the number of courses and tutorial sessions assigned.

Teachers have full access to the ProLang platform, course materials, interactive exercises and visual aids designed for digital instruction.

Compensation is competitive and based on the teacher's demonstrated experience, the complexity of the levels taught and the volume of sessions delivered.

4. Candidate requirements

5. How to apply

Send your CV detailing your teaching experience, CEFR levels you have taught and any relevant certifications. Include a brief cover letter explaining why you are a good fit for ProLang's approach.

All applications are reviewed manually. We respond only in cases of mutual interest.

Incomplete applications or those without relevant teaching credentials may not receive a reply.

6. Contact

Applications are accepted by email at prolangschoolesp@gmail.com.

Your personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of reviewing your application and will not be shared with third parties.

A professional and respectful tone is expected in all communications.
