These Terms of Use govern the use of the Prolang website and the enrollment in language courses offered by Prolang, a language school based in Spain. By accessing the website, enrolling in a course, or completing a payment, the user confirms full acceptance of these terms.
The website prolang.es is operated by Prolang and is used for offering and enrolling students in language courses.
Prolang reserves the right to modify course offerings, schedules, pricing, and terms at any time.
Course descriptions, schedules, and materials are subject to change and are provided for reference.
Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
All courses are prepaid. Payment must be completed before the start of the course or lesson package.
Payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). Prolang does not store credit card data.
The user must provide accurate contact and payment information when enrolling.
Students may cancel or reschedule a class by notifying Prolang at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Classes missed without 24-hour notice are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If Prolang cancels a class for any reason, the student will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

All course materials, content, and branding belong to Prolang.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission from Prolang.
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in termination of enrollment.
Prolang is not liable for interruptions in service caused by technical issues or third-party providers.
Prolang's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or lesson package.
Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
