This page explains how ProLang delivers online Spanish courses to students. All our courses are delivered digitally, giving you instant access to learning materials, live classes, and a personal student dashboard from anywhere in the world.
Once your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to your purchased course. There is no waiting period or shipping involved.
The paid materials open on the confirmation page as soon as Stripe confirms the payment — you do not have to wait for an email to start.
The order confirmation and your class schedule are sent by the school from prolangschoolesp@gmail.com, usually within the hour. If nothing arrives by the next day, write to that address.
ProLang has no passwords. You sign in with your email address: we send a one-time link that works for 30 minutes. You can also continue with a Google account.
Automatic email delivery is not switched on yet, so the sign-in link is sent by hand from prolangschoolesp@gmail.com. Ask for it there whenever you need it.
Each account is personal and tied to a single student. Sharing your sign-in link with others is not permitted under the terms of use.
All course content is available through the ProLang online platform. After logging in, you will find your enrolled courses in the student dashboard.
ProLang courses combine live online classes with pre-recorded materials for a flexible and effective learning experience.
Live classes are conducted via Zoom. The schedule for each course is published in advance so you can plan accordingly. If you miss a live session, a recording is made available within 24 hours.
Pre-recorded video lessons and supplementary materials can be accessed at any time, allowing you to study at your own pace between live sessions.
To participate in ProLang courses, you need a stable internet connection and a modern web browser.
ProLang welcomes students from all time zones. Live class schedules are displayed in your local time zone within the platform.
Many courses are offered at multiple time slots to accommodate students in different regions. If none of the available slots work for you, contact our support team to discuss alternatives.
All recorded materials, homework, and self-study resources remain available around the clock, so you can review lessons and complete assignments whenever it suits you.
Access to course materials is granted for the full duration of the course plus an additional review period after the course ends.
The exact access duration is specified on each course page before purchase. During the review period, you can revisit all recordings and materials but will no longer have access to live sessions or homework feedback.
