ProLang offers refunds for language courses purchased through our platform, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Students may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that less than 50% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
If more than 14 days have passed since purchase but less than 50% of the course has been completed, a partial refund may be issued at ProLang's discretion.
For subscription-based courses, refund requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle begins.
To request a refund, the student must contact ProLang customer support by email or through the contact form on our website.
The refund request must include the student's full name, the email address associated with the account, the course name, and the reason for the request.
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Once a refund request is received, our team will review it and verify the eligibility conditions.
The review process typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of the request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The actual arrival of funds depends on the student's bank or payment provider.
Instead of a monetary refund, students may choose to receive course credits equal to the value of the original purchase.
Course credits can be applied to any other ProLang course or subscription and do not expire.
