The certificate is issued by the school by hand. You write to prolangschoolesp@gmail.com, say which course or what amount you have in mind, we send you the invoice and then the certificate itself by email.
The recipient writes to the same address with the certificate number. We agree the level and the schedule with them and enrol them on the course they choose.
Nothing is posted and nothing has to be collected: the certificate travels by email, so distance, time zone and country make no difference.

Twelve months from the date it is issued. After that it expires and cannot be reactivated.
The difference is paid in the usual way, by card, when the course is booked.
The remainder stays on the certificate and can be used for the next course, up to the expiry date. We keep the balance and tell you what is left whenever you ask.
No. A gift certificate is not refunded or exchanged for money after it has been issued.
